In her first year practicing real estate, Jessica Branson was named “Rookie of the Year”, having successfully sold more homes than more than 100 new agents at her brokerage. Jessica’s success is due in large part to her conscientious, professional, and ethical approach to real estate. Taking her clients’ wishes to heart as she would her own, she works tirelessly and aggressively to ensure they get what they desire — be it the home of their dreams, or top dollar from the home they are leaving behind. She listens, and educates — calling upon her intimate knowledge of San Francisco neighborhoods, the current market inventory (Jessica previews properties religiously every Tuesday during Brokers’ Tour), the latest in financing, the fine art of negotiation, and the fine print of the contract. Jessica is a graduate of University of Chicago Lab High School and Macalester College, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA in English Literature. Prior to selling real estate she was a Vice President at a top 10 San Francisco web media company for eight years. She lives with her husband, a reporter, two children and boston terrier in Bernal Heights.
