Passion For Real Estate
Jessica was born and raised in Chicago, and moved to San Francisco after college in 1994. She was attracted to San Francisco's natural beauty and free thinking.

She initially worked in CD-ROM publishing and quickly moved to the Web – CNET, a Top 10 San Francisco Web media company hired Jessica in 1997 to be an editor, and she joined their renowned editorial team. Around that time, in a stroke of luck, she had the opportunity to purchase the two-unit building in the Mission she had been renting in for a few years. Borrowing her 10% down payment, she bought the building, and became a landlord in her mid-20’s. Jessica quickly became well versed in San Francisco’s maze of rent control and condo conversion laws.

Business Experience
By 2005, Jessica had risen the ranks at CNET, and was the youngest female Vice President on the business side — managing a multi-million dollar P&L and dozens of people and projects to success. After eight years at CNET, and additional personal real estate transactions, Jessica was ready for a career change. She turned to her passion: real estate.

Her real estate holdings, which had grown considerably by this time, gave her the flexibility to switch gears. In 2006 she earned her real estate license and was named Rookie of the Year in her first year practicing real estate  – selling more residential real estate than hundreds of other new agents at her firm.

Top Of Her Field
Now, years later, she is at the top of her field. Jessica is well-versed in competitive single family home sales, tenant/landlord relations, the best bang-for-the-buck renovations, TICs, multi-unit investment properties, and condos. Jessica owns residential and investment properties in Bernal Heights, Noe Valley, Jackson Hole, WY and Bozeman, MT.

Jessica is married to a French/American journalist, and they have two children, who attended The French American International School and who now attend International High School in Hayes Valley. With busy lives, they still manage to enjoy some of their other passions – like travelling, reading (paper books preferably!), and staying on top of the local culinary scene.
