District 1 — Northwest

The North district is bordered by Lyon Street, 5th Avenue and Arguello Boulevard on the west, the Bay on the north, Van Ness Avenue on the east, and California Street on the south.

The district includes Alta Plaza and Lafayette Parks and has easy access to the Marina Green and Fort Mason.

District 2 — Central West

The Central West district is bordered by the Pacific Ocean on the west, Golden Gate Park on the north, Arguello and Laguna Honda Boulevards, 9th, San Marcos and 12th Avenues, Taraval Street and 15th Avenue on the east, and Wawona Street and Sloat Boulevard on the south.

The district has easy access to Golden Gate and Golden Gate Heights Parks and Ocean Beach.

District 3 — Southwest

The Southwest district is bordered by the Pacific Ocean on the west, Sloat Boulevard and Wawona Street on the north, Junipero Serra Boulevard, Holloway and Ocean Avenues and the 280 freeway on the east, and the San Francisco city border on the south.

The district includes the San Francisco Zoo, Pine Lake and Harding Parks, Stern Grove, Harding Park Municipal Golf Course and Lake Merced.

District 4 — Twin Peaks West

The Twin Peaks West district is nestled between the Central West district on the west, Golden Gate Park on the north, the Central district on the east and the Southwest district on the south.

The district includes Mt. Davidson and Glen Canyon Park.

District 5 — Central

The Central district is bordered by the Twin Peaks West district on the west, Lincoln Way, Fell Street and Duboce Avenue on the north, Valencia Street and San Jose Avenue on the east, and San Jose and Mangels Avenues on the south.

The district includes Twin Peaks, as well as Buena Vista and Mission Dolores Parks.

District 6 — Central North

The Central North district is bordered by Presidio Boulevard, Masonic Avenue and Stanyan Street on the west, California Street on the north, Gough Street on the east, and Market Street, Duboce Avenue and Fell Street on the south.

The district includes Alamo and Jefferson Squares.

District 7 — North

The Northwest district is bordered by the Pacific Ocean on the west, the Presidio on the north, Presidio and Masonic Avenues on the east, and Golden Gate Park on the south.

The district includes Mountain Lake and Sutro Heights Parks, as well as easy access to Golden Gate and Lincoln Parks, Ocean and Baker Beaches and the Presidio.

District 8 — Northeast

The Northeast district is bordered by Gough Street and Van Ness Avenue on the west, the Bay on the north and on the east, and Market Street on the south.

The district includes Aquatic, Jackson Square, Pioneer, Washington Square and Huntington Parks.

District 9 — Central East

The Central East district is bordered by San Jose Avenue and Valencia Street on the west, Market Street on the north, the Bay on the east, and Cesar Chavez Street and Interstates 80 and 280 on the south.

The district includes Franklin Square, Bernal Heights, Holly and McKinley Parks and Yerba Buena Gardens.

District 10 — Southeast

The Southeast district is bordered by Interstates 80 and 280 on the west, Cesar Chavez Street on the north, the Bay on the east, and Market Street, Duboce Avenue and the San Francisco city border on the south.

The district includes Balboa and McLaren Parks as well as Candestick Point State Recreation Area.
